You can start by going to your family doctor and telling him you have
severe anxiety and ask him to refer you to a psychiatrist, preferably
who is skilled in anxiety issues, but see what your family doctor says..
You might check out alt.support.anxiety-panic newsgroup as it is a very
active newsgroup. People there have anxiety problems and can help you.
You can post here too if you want, but this newsgroup is not very
active, except for people like me who lurk here once in a while. Best
