Lexapro experiences, anyone?

I'll save everyone's time here by getting straight to the point:

* Has anyone here tried Lexapro? For how long? Good/Bad experiences?

I tried it and it took away my appetite and made me even more anxious.
I stopped after 10 days. That may not have been long enough to give
it a good chance of helping, but I just couldn't continue. Now I'm
using Amoryn (St. John's Wort extract) and feel that it is helping
with no detectable side effects.
